Installation

Installation Instructions JY-605R

  • Draw line

Draw a straight line at the 100mm location from the installation seat to step, between 255mm and then a straight line, the center distance of 580mm seat draw four straight line.

  • Drill hole

Drill hole at the location of perpendicular to the ground point withφ10 hammer drill, hole depth is 70mm.

  • Fix the armrest frame

Connect the armrest frame to floor with M8x55 expansion bolt, adjust the four armrest frame so that it’s front and end to be a straight line, then tightening up bolts.

  • Connect the backrest board

Connect the switch port of backrest board  to threaded hole of armrest with four M6x16 hexagon bolt, Flat Washer, spring washer, and then tightening up bolts.

  • Connect the seating board

Put the axis of rotation of seating board in the U-frame bed(U-groove ) of armrest frame, fix the axis of rotation of seating board to the armrest frame with two M8x10 hexagon socket screw, and make the seating board be easily flip saddle.

  • Install the plastic cover shell

Covered the plastic decorative cover shell into the armrest frame groove department, to cover the end of expansion bolt.

  • Commissioning, inspection

Turn over the seating board, see if it is overturned easily, if the three seating board is at a straight line. If not, hammer at the return section under the seating board frame with hammer, so that the seating board is on a straight line. And then examine if all the connection bolts are tightening up.
