The telescopic bleacher is generally used in stadium, gym, TV show room, and most of the multi-functional spaces, which has unique designs and comfortable seats. Most of the telescopic bleacher placed into the basketball sport center, gym, stadium, or some pubilc sport center. It can be gathered and spread under the control of electric. The seat put on the steps of bleachers. The step is made from 18mm wooden and under the step is the steel structure.

Description of type

According to the EN13200 standard, the different type of the chair on the bleacher, there are 8 types: JY-705，JY-706，JY-720，JY-750，JY-768，JY-769，JY-765，JY-780.

Operating principle

The telescopic bleacher has a shape of stairs. Each row has a set of seats (fold-able or not fold-able ), the first row is on the bottom, and the last row is on the top of the structure. There will be a motor placed underneath the first row.

Every unit is composed of cross beams and traveling frame with wheels. Each wheel frame structure in the same unit has the same height, and installed with a set of seats on the surface of the platform. Different platforms with different height of wheel frame structures will be assembled as a bleacher with the shape of stairs.

The telescopic bleacher system has an overload protection device. If overload happens, the device will alarm and cut off the electrical control circuit automatically, and the main power should be turned off. It should be stopped about 2-3 minutes to restart the machine to make sure the thermorelay reset.

Safety rules

1. Before operation, please check if there are clutters on the floor of the running area, especially some equipment placed under the structure when the bleacher in the opening status. Those clutters should be cleared away when retraction.
2. Stop operation if there’s any noise of clash or scratch, or not smoothly traveling when the bleacher come out. It should be re-operated after checking and trouble clearing.
3. The bleacher should be covered by curtains or cloth if it won’t use for a long time, in order to avoid the dust.
4. After installation, if there’s any other construction near the bleacher, there should be some protection for the bleacher.
5. The telescopic bleacher should be operated and supervised by who is well trained and sophisticated operation. The accessories like hand bar, remote control and the key of the electric box should be safe keeped by the operator, in case of losing or accident occurring.
6. No climbing on the bleacher when it’s in retraction status.
7. The electrical control box should be shut down after operation. The door of the box should be locked.
